return and exchanges policy

at On Call Collective, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is made to order, and for that reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due incorrect sizing or change of mind.

however, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we’re here to help.

eligible return reasons

we will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • the wrong item, color, or size was sent (must differ from the order confirmation)

to be eligible for a return:

  • you must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • you must provide photo evidence of the issue

non-returnable items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

  • orders with incorrect sizing chosen by the customer (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

how to report an Issue

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement:

  1. email us at [support@oncallcollective.com] with:

    • your order number

    • a clear description of the issue

    • photos of the product and packaging

  2. once your request is reviewed, we’ll send further instructions if your return is approved

shipping costs

shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
